As a volunteer staff member for Gateway of Chaos, it is imperative that certain regulations are followed at all times. Please fill out this form completely and if you are under 18 years of age, please ensure the PARENT/GUARDIAN information is filled out. Very few staff spots are available for youth 12 years of age and younger, but please apply! Due to the complexity of the entire events’ logistics and overall operation, many skill sets are needed to ensure its success. We are looking for serious volunteers who understand this project is a huge attraction, taking thousands of volunteer hours to complete. As a volunteer, you will be required to be at the Haunted House from 6pm-12midnight during scheduled nights-and earlier depending on your role and makeup prep time, should you be offered and you accept a position. You also must attend the mandatory trainings noted later in this application.
